At Community Solidarity to Improve Lives Sierra Leone (ComSIL–SL), we believe that real change

learn, protect their rights, and strengthen communities so that families can thrive. Whether you
live in Sierra Leone or abroad, there’s a meaningful way for you to contribute, locally or
remotely.

We welcome passionate individuals who are committed, respectful, and eager to make a
difference. Local volunteers can engage directly in our programs through our office, while
international volunteers support us remotely through research, communications, storytelling,
fundraising, and other skills-based opportunities by emailing us or reaching out on any of our
social media accounts. All volunteers, regardless of location, are part of our community and
