Kandeh Omega Koroma began his career as a teacher and has since gained extensive experience in community engagement and project management, working with the World Health Organization during the Ebola outbreak and as Head of Programs & Resource Mobilization at PROTECT Sierra Leone. He also served as a Social Market Representative with SLaDA/Care Sierra Leone. At ComSIL-SL, Kandeh oversees programme implementation, ensuring projects are effectively executed and reach the communities they serve.

Together, the team brings extensive expertise in education, child protection, advocacy, fundraising, program management, and community development.
