Dr. Alphaeus Koroma is an accomplished academic and researcher with extensive experience in gender studies, economics, and social development. He previously served as Director of the Institute of Gender Research and Documentation (INGRADOC) at Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone. His doctoral research focused on the role of women in socio-economic development in Sierra Leone, reflecting his commitment to inclusive development and gender equality. Dr. Koroma provides strategic guidance to ComSIL-SL on research, policy development, gender mainstreaming, and evidence-based programming.

Together, the team brings extensive expertise in education, child protection, advocacy, fundraising, program management, and community development.
