Philipa Cride-Dole is a passionate youth leader and advocate for children’s rights and youth empowerment. She served as the National Children’s President under the Ministry of Gender and Children’s Affairs in Sierra Leone and currently serves as President of the Children’s Forum Network (CFN) Sierra Leone. She is also the Chief Executive Officer of Youth Panel Circle and has served as a youth ambassador with Child Fund Sierra Leone, Defense for Children International, and the Youth Advisory Body of Plan International Sierra Leone. Her experience in youth leadership, advocacy, and civic engagement enables ComSIL-SL to remain responsive to the needs and aspirations of young people.
