Dr. Kalaivani Chellappan is an Associate Professor and Senior Researcher at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). She is also a Certified Professional Technologist in Electrical and Electronics Technology, accredited by the Malaysian Board of Technologists (MBOT). With extensive experience in academic research, innovation, and higher education, Dr. Chellappan contributes valuable international expertise to ComSIL-SL. Her knowledge in research, technology, and evidence-based decision-making strengthens the organization’s strategic planning, innovation, and commitment to sustainable development.
