Joseph Tamba Sesay brings extensive experience in finance and operations, having previously served as HR & Finance Assistant with Oxfam IBIS Sierra Leone. His expertise in financial management, compliance, planning, budgeting, and forecasting has contributed to the growth and sustainability of organizations, including ComSIL-SL. Joseph also serves as an Accountant at the Accountant General’s Department, Ministry of Finance, Government of Sierra Leone, further strengthening his capacity to manage robust financial systems and operational processes.
